ABOUT MORNINGSTAR FLOWER FARM
Morningstar Flower Farm is a specialty cut flower farm dedicated to providing seasonal, locally grown cut flowers to Lyon County, Kansas and the surrounding areas. We take pride in our sustainable farming practices and commitment to delivering the freshest, most vibrant flowers to our customers.
We grow in raised beds for perennials and annuals and a have a distinct peony field to bring beauty to our community. We specialize in stems that can be grown locally instead of shipped from overseas.

The blooms are grown by a life long Lyon County resident, Danica, supported by a cattle rancher, Scott. We use the byproduct of the livestock to fill and fertilize the flower beds.

Morningstar was chosen as the name as an homage to my parents. They chose my name - Danica - which means "morning star." Morningstar is easier to say than Danica.
