Monthly subscriptions for 5 bouquets - one each month May through September. Each bouquet is either wrapped or quart mason jar arrangement of in-season flowers. Each one guaranteed to be beautiful!
How Much: $120+ tax for 5 bouquets
When: May through September on a monthly basis
Where: Bouquets will be available to local pick up Allen Meat Market in Allen, or Champs Coffee/Champions Landing in Emporia; Lebo Dog House; or at the farm in rural Reading, KS.
Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional charge
If you are gifting this subscription, please include the email, phone number and delivery address of your recipient in the notes section so we can communicate details for delivery and flower care instructions. Let us know if your gift is a surprise and we will keep it under wraps. If you would like a gift certificate to include under the tree please indicate where to mail in notes.
Mother’s Day Special - 5 Monthly Bouquets
We plan and mitigate to minimize the effects of poor field conditions or weather. Mother Nature is in control and crop failure can occur. Should crop failure occur, a full or partial refund or substitution will be offerred.
By signing up and purchasing this subscription, I understand that it is a limited perishable product. I agree to pick up my bouquet on the date offered.
If I cannot be present, I will have a friend or family member pick it up for me. If the bouquet is not picked up, it will be donated to a local hospital, nursing home or care facility on my behalf. Bouquets will NOT be refunded or replaced on a different date if they are not picked up.
